SCHLEPPFIX - Slurry Spreader

The drag shoe distributor with a patented distribution head.

The SCHLEPPFIX slurry spreader is a low-clearance slurry application system featuring modern drag shoe technology. It has been developed for precise, low-emission application and is used in both tank-based and hose-based systems. Unlike traditional systems, the SCHLEPPFIX operates without a rotating spreader head or spreader hoses. This results in a robust, simple and low-maintenance solution for modern agriculture.

Depending on the application, Schleppfix is available in two system variants.

What makes the Schleppfix so special?

The slurry is divided into uniform sub-streams purely by the flow through the nozzle and the patented distribution piece. No hydraulic drive, no rotating parts, minimal wear.

Should a foreign object ever enter the system, any fault can be located and rectified in seconds. Directly in the field, without tools, using quick-release fasteners and maintenance hatches.

Quick-release fasteners can be opened without tools, remove the foreign object, and carry on. No need to return to the farm.

3. The Duofix double shoe for clean forage.

The Duofix double shoe doubles the number of deposit strips. This halves the slurry volume per strip. The slurry streaks are smaller, disappear more quickly and the forage remains clean.
