SEPAFIX - The Slurry Separator
The simple and efficient way to separate manure.
With this innovative separator, Swisstec AG offers a solution defined by minimal maintenance, high throughput and low investment costs. The separator requires no external drive and is built entirely from stainless steel, ensuring outstanding durability and resistance. In internal tests, it achieved a throughput of up to 100 m³/h, demonstrating the system's high efficiency in real-world use.

Sepafix SPF 200 - Gülleseparator

AUSGANGSLAGE

Inlet
Slurry is fed into the separator by an external pump..
Impact
High-speed impact on the fan rotor (patent pending).
Rotation
The spiral shape sets the rotor in motion via the flow.
Separation
Liquid drains through the grooves without pressure.
Discharge
Solids are discharged by centrifugal force and gravity.
