
SEPAFIX - The Slurry Separator

Mit diesem innovativen Separator bietet Swisstec AG eine Lösung, die besonders durch geringen Wartungsaufwand, hohe Durchsatzleistungen sowie tiefe Investitionskosten besticht. Der Separator ist wartungsarm, kommt ohne Fremdantrieb aus und ist vollständig aus Edelstahl gefertigt, was seine Langlebigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit unterstreicht. In internen Tests konnte eine Durchsatzleistung von bis zu 100 m³/h erreicht werden, was die hohe Effizienz des Systems in der Praxis unterstreicht.

Einlauf
Gülle wird per externer Pumpe in den Separator gefördert.
Aufprall
Hohe Geschwindigkeit auf den Fächer-Rotor (patent pending).
Rotation
Spiralform versetzt den Rotor durch die Strömung in Drehung.
Trennung
Flüssigkeit fliesst durch Rillen drucklos ab.
